A plastic bag is a necessity that one cannot do without. They come in use everywhere. You go shopping you take a plastic bag. You buy something and you get a plastic bag free to hold your something. To store a thing you need a plastic bag and the so on and on and on and on. Though plastic bags are useful, you should also keep in mind its harmful qualities. So use plastic bags but try not throwing them anywhere and everywhere. The best thing that you can do with the plastic bags is that you can give them away for recycling or collect them and when you have enough of them, make a door wreath out of the plastic bags.

To make a door wreath out of plastic bags is very very easy. You will just require a lot of plastic bags of various colors and designs and a wire hanger.

·        To begin with gather all your plastic bags and put them together.

·        Then using a sharp pair of scissors cut the plastic bags into squares of four inches each. Cutting the bags into 4 inch squares will require a lot of time and patience. So I advice you to cut the bags taking intervals. Unlike flowers the bags will not die or wilt away. So you can take as much time as you like.

·        Well the next step in bending the wire hanger. That is you will have to bend the wire so that it will form a straight line. If the wire is a bit thick and you have difficulty in straightening it, hammer the wire straight using a hammer.

·        Once you have the straight wire hanger, thread the wire through the center of all the 4-inch plastic squares.

·        Make sure that the squares ends alternate with each other. Then after your wire is fully covered with the squares, bend the wire into a circle. See that the ends of the wire will overlap each other. Then you can tie up these overlapping with a floral wire. This will prevent the wire from coming undone.

Lastly, you can decorate your wreath with any decorations that comes to your mind and then hang it to your front door.
